Interact with potential customers over the phone, who have visited our website and shown an interest in a variety of different products or services offered on the platform. You will contact 60 to 150 potential customers per day, over the phone describing our products. You will follow a script format with a professional phone manner and amiable personality and process orders.

Answer incoming calls from customers who need help with orders, cancellations, returns or refunds. You will answer customers inquiries and questions, handle complaints, and provide information in a calm and professional manner.
