Position: Special Operations Agent

INFOCU5 is seeking Special Operations agents to join our team! The Special Operations role is responsible for providing empathetic and efficient customer service over the phone, chat, and email.
INFOCU5 is a Colorado-based Software as a Service company that connects businesses to a marketplace of Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing solutions all through one omnichannel software platform. Our mission statement is simple: we are here to lead the charge in scalability, making customer acquisition and retention easier, more transparent, and ultimately more successful.

As a Special Operations Agent, your primary responsibility will be to support, offer guidance, troubleshooting, and creative workarounds to a wide range of customers. This is a great opportunity if you care deeply, genuinely, and passionately about the customer experience and the role it plays in a scaling organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Professionally answer and provide support to incoming customer calls, emails and chat messages with the assistance of a supplied manuscript
  • Offer kind, empathetic and high-quality customer support as a standard
  • Enlist basic problem-solving skills to assist customers
  • Clearly and concisely explain the features a specific product or service
  • Recognize and take advantage of opportunities to upsell additional products
  • Remain up to date on all product and service changes

What You Bring:

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good typing skills and attention to detail
  • A customer-centric mentality that strives to create a world-class customer experience
  • Self-motivated and can work well independently, as well as with a team
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods is a plus
