INFOCU5 is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our Denver-based team. Our Customer Success team is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships that promote growth, retention and drive customer satisfaction.

 

  • Own the direct relationship between our various customers and their needs/wants.
  • Identify synergies and connections to facilitate the absolute best results that meet customer satisfaction and profitability expectations.
  • Manage customer reporting by reviewing metrics and KPIs of product and call center agent performance to collaborate with Operations and Customers in order to improve overall campaign health.
  • Support the VP of Customer Success to position the company to produce best in class performance and quality, while constantly reinventing and improving every aspect of the customer experience and lifecycle.
  • Execute call calibrations with all INFOCU5 customers on a weekly basis to discuss volume, areas of opportunity, performance, and customer expectations.
  • Consistently maintain open communication and collaboration throughout all departments in the organization.
  • Project Management and the ability to maintain personal and team goals with weekly deliverables.

Reliable Position

This is a full-time in-office position with a salary of $50-60k/DOE. This position includes paid time off and, after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period, a health, vision and dental package.

Daily Duties

The role of Customer Success Manager includes supporting the development, engagement, onboarding, oversight and contributing to the overall success of INFOCU5 and the INFOCU5 customer marketplace.
