Position: Marketplace Controller

INFOCU5 is seeking a talented Marketplace Controller to join our team. The Marketplace Controller role is responsible for supporting the development, engagement, on-boarding, oversight and contributing to the overall success of the INFOCU5 Marketplace.

INFOCU5 is a Colorado-based Software as a Service company that connects businesses to a marketplace of Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing solutions all through one omnichannel software platform. Our mission statement is simple: we are here to lead the charge in scalability, making customer acquisition and retention easier, more transparent, and ultimately more successful.
Responsibilities include:

  • Support the INFOCU5 Marketplace as needed to ensure increased performance, quality, and strong communication
  • Manage marketplace metrics and KPI’s of hourly and daily service levels and agent performance to collaborate with the Training Department, Brand Ambassadors, and Connect Hub Partners to improve overall marketplace health and achieve target KPIs
  • Develop and maintain ongoing promotional events, competitions, and incentives based on needs within the marketplace
  • Work with necessary department heads and directly with the Marketplace Manager in establishing unique and creative solutions to ensure the Marketplace is running at maximum efficiency


  • 30 days of experience on the Infocu5 platform preferred
  • Well versed in reading and understanding a supervisor screen and volume reports
  • Experience in a leadership role, providing assistance to others that have questions or need additional help
  • 1+ years in the call center industry or telecommunications
  • Proven track record of going above and beyond in every aspect of the workplace
  • A team-first mentality that will make the others around you thrive
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to change directions quickly and adapt to new circumstances
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people and personalities
  • Strong project management skills with an attention to detail. Some aspects of this position will be very task oriented.
